Carbonology Atom

Short (5.95m) narrow (44cm) low-volume hull. Very responsive and quick onto small bumps, turns on a dime, but low volume nose buries and it feels tippy in messy chop. Vacuum-moulded, light (9-14kg by layup).

Carbonology Sport's first surfski (company founded 2006, Atom released 2009); short elite intermediate/multisport ski, later effectively superseded as the range grew. Now discontinued.
