Suits: Elite ocean racing and technical, smaller-wave/tight downwind conditions where quick manoeuvring beats outright waterline speed. Best for lighter skilled paddlers, roughly 50-80kg.

Generations
Shorter, lower-volume elite variant of the DNA line, launched around the 2019 Allwave Cup. Same DNA seat, footplate, venturi and cockpit as the 640; built by Allwave Kayaks near Rome. Aimed at lighter, skilled paddlers who want more manoeuvrability in smaller waves.
Wide-seat version sold alongside the standard DNA 580; Allwave says the seat, footplate, venturi and cockpit are otherwise unchanged. Published beam 44.7 cm. Ibrida 12.5 kg to 1K Brushed 8.5 kg; A$4,750 to A$6,250 (Allwave Australia).
